Our Montreal distribution center aims to provide you with the most reliable and speedy delivery for your orders, we offer several options for your convenience from Canada Post and UPS depending on your delivery region and address.

You can find plenty of shipping options on checkout to find a service that works for you. Please note some parts of British Columbia, Maritime Provinces, and rural areas may experience longer than expected delivery times.

When ordering at Primal Contact Lenses, please keep in mind the following.

  • Most in-stock orders placed before 2 pm EST are shipped the same day.
  • Any orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery dates are generated by the courier service after your order is shipped.
  • ‘Working Days’ refer to Monday to Friday and DO NOT include the weekends.
  • Internation orders are subjected to international duties and clearance fees, all of which will be paid by the receiver.
  • Delivery Dates aren’t always guaranteed. Unforeseen delays in courier service and postage can affect delivery times.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

For orders placed within Canada and U.S.A, the delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 Business Days

For international orders, the shipping charges and delivery times are longer:

  • Standard Shipping: 12–30 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 4–7 Business Days

Order Tracking Information

Once an order is shipped, shipping confirmation and the tracking number are sent to your email and stored in your order history if you have an account.

Free Shipping Options

We offer worldwide free shipping on orders over $50

  • You will unlock a new Free Standard Shipping delivery option.
  • Standard shipping only, tracking # may not be included with this option.

For orders over $84, we offer free express shipping worldwide.

  • You will unlock a new Free Express Shipping delivery option.

For orders under $50, rates are calculated upon checkout. International orders are subject to duties and taxes and are paid by the receiver.

Please note that free shipping is only applicable if your Shopping Cart value exceeds the given amount, not the total value.

How do I choose my shipping method?

You can choose the shipping method during checkout. Our site will show you all the available options along with their cost and delivery times.

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping worldwide for orders above $50 and free express shipping for orders above 84$.

(Standard shipping may not include a tracking option)

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent by email once your order has shipped. You can find the order tracking number in your email and in your order history if you have an account.

My order has been marked delivered, but I haven’t received it.

If your order has been marked as delivered, the package may have been left at your doorstep or another location. You can also contact the courier service to inquire about the package.

Received a defective product?

In the unlikely event you receive defective or damaged contact lenses, do not throw them or the packaging out. Defective products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or a refund. It also helps to take a picture and attach them to the support email so that we can see the proof of the damage.

How do I return my product?

If you have received a defective product or you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, you can return the product and issue store credit, an exchange, or a refund.

Do not return the product before contacting our customer service department at hello@primalcontactlenses.com. Include your name along with the order number and your reason for return.

Halloween Disclaimer

Halloween is our favorite time of the year, and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do! To help ensure your contacts arrive on time, please order a minimum of 1 week in advance. Note that we offer several shipping options for your convenience but cannot guarantee the delivery window in case of unforeseen delays.
